Podcasts – I have mentioned a few in my post, Fearne Cotton’s Happy Place, Frankie Bridge’s Open Mind, and Dr Rangan Chaterjee on BBC Sounds are a few of my faves.

Apps –

Hub of Hope is a great app for finding help near you, including NHS help and support from the Samaritans.

Stay Alive – This app again directs you to help near you but it also is a great resource with grounding techniques and to help you help yourself in a time of desperation.

Dare – another app for self app, focussing on specific mental health worries.

Headspace – I use this regularly before work, there are lots of options on there but I enjoy a 2 minute meditation before work to help give me a fresh start to my day.
